Swiss-Ukrainian Decentralisation Support Project DESPRO funded by the Swiss Confederation through Swiss Cooperation Office (SDC) and implemented by the Swiss Centre for Resource and Consultation on Development (Skat) in the framework of Practical implementation of European principles of good governance promotes decentralization presupposes for the active implementation of international best practices is launching tender procedure for production of 4 (four) TV programs aiming promotion of decenralisation in Ukraine for Ukrainian target audiences. 

Project has been registered as a programme of technical assistance, registration card # 2133-05.
